Message	funds to your bank. No way he can rip you then. If he says it costs too much, call BS - I have never seen it cost more than $32.00 from any country around the world. This is a scam though because who would trust you with extra money to send to HIS shipper who ships for him all the time. If he ships for him all the time he would just bill him. He would lose a lot of money in all the conversions doing it this way. If it smells fishy.....it is usually pus....err....fish.
